The high conductivity due to the purity of the raw material makes them particularly appreciated and ideal for this type of processing: in fact, Cobral-processed aluminum has a purity from 99.5% to 99.7%. To complete the quality of these aluminum laminates with a guarantee of more than 34.5 MS / m for material with physical status H0, are the production of un-flashed coils, narrow width tolerances, coiled cylindrical cardboard, with the possibility of adding the interlayers paper.

Variable widths and thicknessesAccording to the customer specifications, the product is a commitment that the company carry out every day: Aluminum strips can have different widths, with a range from 8 mm to 1500 mm and thicknesses varying from 0.20 mm to 4 mm.

Customized diametersAvailability of internal ribbon diameters is 300/400/500 mm, while the outer one is available on request, as well as delivery on euro pallets.

Copper strips are Cobral’s response to the electrical transformer market

By processing a raw material with a purity of 99.98%, copper strips have high electrical conductivity. The quality of these semi-finished copper with warranty 58 MS / m, is also given by a longitudinal cut without burrs and with narrow width tolerances, by a winding with turns aligned on cardboard core and paper interlayer. As with aluminum strips, also for copper ribbons Cobral offers its clients a customized service, starting with the physical state of the metal: physical state R220 – R240 on cooked material. Thickness ranges from 0.20 mm to 3 mm and width from 8 mm to 1500 mm.

The coil is supplied with 3 sizes internal diameters: 300/400/500 mm and the outer one on request.
